平面盘形凸轮机构系统的设计与基本尺寸的分析

摘    要:借助于滚子摆动从动件对凸轮基本尺寸的确定进行了深入的分析,这也为其他类型凸轮尺寸的确定提供了借鉴.而基于凸轮机构系统的开发能够提高凸轮轮廓设计的效率及精度.在凸轮系统开发中,基圆半径、滚子半径、平底倾斜角、中心距等各类基本尺寸的确定是研究的根本.

Abstract:In this paper, etermination of the basic size of cam in the roller oscillating follower was analysed. It also provides a reference for the determination of other type of cam size . The development based on cam system can improve the efficiency and accuracy of cam profile design. In the cam system development, parameters such as base circle radius, roller radius, flat slope angle and center distance determining basic dimensions of all is the fundament of study.
