摘    要:在应用OWA算子进行决策分析过程中,OWA算子权重的确定是关键的一环.提出了一种确定OWA算子权重的新方法,并把新方法应用于数据为区间数的不确定环境中,基于区间数两两比较的可能度公式和互补判断矩阵的排序公式,提出了一种不确定型OWA算子,给出了其在应用过程中的具体步骤.数值例子表明了新算子的有效性和可行性.

Abstract:The determination of ordered weighted averaging (OWA) operator weights is a very crucial issue of applying OWA operator for decision making. This paper proposes a new model for determining the OWA operator weights, and applies the new method to accommodate uncertain conditions where all input arguments take the forms of interval numbers. Based on the possibility degree formula for the comparison between interval numbers and the priority method of complementary judgement matrix, an uncertain OWA operator and its application procedures are proposed. A numerical example is given to show the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
