发动机飞轮壳强度分析方法研究

摘    要:飞轮壳是发动机的主要部件,起着保护飞轮,联接传动机构的作用.飞轮壳由于受到路面冲击载荷、发动机内部激励等作用而破裂带来巨大损失.本文从避免飞轮壳频率共振、静强度和疲劳损伤角度提出了飞轮壳强度的计算方法,采用有限元方法进行发动机飞轮壳频率、静强度和疲劳强度分析,并以飞轮壳材料的拉伸和压缩屈服极限评估飞轮壳的静强度,采用临界平面法评价飞轮壳的疲劳寿命.最后,以某发动机的铝合金飞轮壳为例进行了验证,结果表明研究方法可为飞轮壳的结构改进优化提供依据.

Abstract:The static strength analysis and fatigue analysis were performed based on FEA for the engine's flywheel house. The static strength was evaluated by the material's tension yield stress and compression yield stress, and the critical plan method was applied in the flywheel house's high cycle fatigue analysis. In the end this method was applied in one type engine's flywheel house's analysis, which is made of aluminum alloy. The results shows that it's available to find and improve the strength weakness of the fly wheel house.
