| 摘 要： | 电子政务是一个覆盖面广、应用环境复杂的应用领域，对其实施领域工程具有内在的复杂性。从分析电子政务领域的特点入手，论述了子领域划分对电子政务领域工程的必要性及其划分原则，并在此基础上对电子政务进行了纵向和横向的子领域划分。

| Abstract: | E-government is an application field with wide coverage area and complicated application environment, and practicing the field project possesses intrinsic complexity. Starting from the analysis on the features of E-government field, this paper discusses on the necessity of the division of the subfields for the E-government field project and the division principles, and based on this, makes longitudinal and lateral subfields division of E-government. |
