豌豆异季加代育种及选择试验

摘    要:为了加快豌豆育种进程 ,进行了异季加代育种试验。结果表明 :1.根据豌豆的温光反应及有效积温情况 ,河北省秦皇岛地区可以完成一年 3代加代试验 ,加快育种步伐。 2 .夏季气候炎热、多雨、有利于豌豆耐高温和抗根腐病的选择。3.冬季加代进行抗寒性的鉴定 ,有利于选育抗寒性强的豌豆新品系。 4 .在不同日照条件下选择 ,有利于选育光照反应不敏感的豌豆品系。通过一年 3代异季加代育种及对同一材料选择 ,选出了抗寒、耐高温、抗根腐病及对日照长度反应不敏感的半无叶型豌豆新品系宝峰 2号、宝峰 3号和宝峰 5号。

Abstract:Experiments were carried out to add generations in different seasons in one year in order to accelerate the process of pea breeding. The results showed that three generations of pea breeding experiment could be finished in one year in Qinhuangdao area. Hot climate and lots of rain helped to select high temperature bearing and root rot resisting peas. Adding generation during the winter helped to select cold resistant pea lines. Selecting in different sunshine conditions helped to select pea lines insensitive to sunlight. Using the method of adding three generations in different seasons in one year, new pea lines Baofeng2, Baofeng3 and Baofeng 5 (all semi leafless) were selected which were cold, high temperature and root rot resistant and insensitive to sunlight.
