| 摘 要： | 中国股市具有与生俱来的制度性缺陷，大量非流通股的存在使中国证券市场被强烈扭曲。巨大泡沫的存在是证券市场大起大落的根本原因。因此，证券市场只有在开放中实现“软着陆”，才能避免证券市场遭受重大冲击，才能避免国民经济和整个社会受到重大影响。

| Abstract: | Chinese stock market possesses the systematical defects with its birth, the existence of a large number of non - negotiable stocks make the Chinese stock market be strongly twisted. And the existence of huge foams is the fundamental cause for the big rise and fall of Chinese stock market. Therefore, only when the stock market realizes soft landing in the opening, can it avoid from heavy impact, and can the national economy and the whole society avoid from significant influence. |
