摘    要:随着市场经济的不断发展和对外开放的进一步扩大,越来越多的企业参与了国际竞争,而国际商务谈判就成了企业国际竞争中不可缺少的一项重要活动.谈判成功与否直接关系到企业在竞争中能否取得优势,能否得到快速发展.因此,在国际商务谈判中要讲究谈判艺术,如组建优秀的队伍、认识文化差异、讲究语言艺术以及合同的签订艺术等.

Abstract:With the development of market economy and opening to the outside, more and more Chinese firms have been engaged in the global competition. International business negotiation has become one of the most important actions of these firms in the global competition. The success of negotiation is very important for these firms to gain advantages over other firms; it is also very important for the development of these firms. Therefore, these firms should improve the level of business - negotiation skills, such as the organization of an efficient team, the recognition of cultural differences, the use of negotiation language and the design of contracts.
