| 摘 要： | 在对DICOM3．0通信协议研究的基础上，说明了医学影像存档与通信系统PACS的设计思想，设计了一个集网络通信、图像存储、数据库管理、图像浏览和后处理的功能为一体的PACS工作站，并通过编程得以实现．这一研究有利于医生利用计算机信息处理及存储的的优势，提高病情诊断的精确性，还有助于医生的教学工作与交流．

| Abstract: | Based on the study of DICOM 3.0,We explain the design idea of Picture Archiving and Communication System and programme a PACS workstation with the functions of network communicating, database archiving and image displaying and processing.The research work is proved to be helpful to improve the doctors' diagnosis on taking full advantage of computer. |
