瞬态诱发耳声发射信号的定量分析

摘    要:为探索在瞬态诱发耳声发射 (TEOAE)检测中 ,耳声发射信号的强度、信噪比、频段相关率等定量指标的有效算法 ,论文采用频域相干谱法对 TEOAE信号进行频段相关率分析 ,克服了传统带通滤波器法受滤波器性能影响的弊病 ,有效地解决了从频域衡量时域波形相似性的问题。同时采用基于信号差互谱分析的方法来计算 TEOAE信号的强度、总信噪比及频段信噪比。近 2 0 0例临床 TEOAE实测结果表明 ,由这些算法得到的定量指标是临床诊断的有效依据 ,因而这些算法是 TEOAE定量分析的有效方法。

Abstract:The aim of the present study is to find effective methods for the quantitative analysis of transient evoked otoacoustic emissions (TEOAE). The TEOAE correlation in a specified frequency band was analyzed using a new algorithm based on the frequency coherent spectrum that overcomes the limitations of the commonly used band filtering method which is influenced by various filter parameters. The method provides an innovative way to evaluate the similarity of time -domain signals in the frequency -domain. An algorithm based on cross and difference spectra was then applied to calculate the TEOAE intensity, the overall S/N ratio and the S/N ratio in a specified frequency band. About 200 clinical TEOAE detection tests with these algorithms showed that these algorithms provide effective quantitative analysis of TEOAE.
