| 摘 要： | 利用BP神经网络建立了过程质量控制图模式诊断模型，并采用单因素法优化了模型参数．仿真结果表明，神经网络能有效识别控制图模式类型，具有较高的识别率，模型符合过程质量智能诊断的基本要求．

| Abstract: | A diagnosis model was established by means of BP artificial neural network(ANN) while parameters of model were optimized by the single factor method.Simulation indicated that BP ANN can identify effectively the model of control chart with good performance.Thus,this model can satisfies the basic demands of intelligent process quality diagnosis. |
