摘    要:分析了排粉机叶轮磨损机理,认为磨损部位呈犁沟状是劣质煤中的石英、长石颗粒所致.采用特堆707 碳化钨电焊条堆焊叶轮,并介绍了具体的堆焊工艺.

Abstract:In this paper ,we analyze the worn mechanism of the impeller of mill fan and think that the worn part of plow channel shape is resulted from the quartz and feldspar grain of poor coal.We weld the centrifugal impeller by special 707 tungsten carbide surface welding electrode and indroduce concrete surface welding industrial art.
