磁光盘反射率测试仪的系统设计及研究

摘    要:提出了自动快速测试磁光盘反射率的双通道测试方法,讨论了磁光盘反射率测试仪的误差来源,并通过磁光盘反射率测试仪进行优化设计,提高了磁光盘反射率测试仪的测试精度.

Abstract:Reflectance is one of the important characteristics of Magneto Optical (MO) disk, which determines the Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) of the output signal of MO together with Kerr angle of MO disk. It is important to test the reflectance of MO disk in the process of development and production of MO disk. A new automatic two channel quick measurement method is proposed to test the reflectance of MO disk. The error sources of MO disk measurement instrument are discussed, and optimization is made to enhance the measurement accuracy of MO disk measurement instrument.
