| 摘 要： | 国有股持股比例过高、缺乏有效的企业治理结构、缺少高素质的企业家队伍、尚未建立对企业的完善的监督等问题，已经成为我国国有企业股份制改革的不利因素；应当弄清问题，协调解决，从而推动国有企业改革的深入进行。

| Abstract: | There are 4 problems the high rate of the state stocks,the shortage of high efficient running structure of enterprises,the lack of established perfect supervision system,and of high quality enterprises.These four problems have become the negative factors to the reform of the state owned enterprise stock system.We should make them clear,and solve them harmoniously so that we can further the reform. |
