基于Windows NT的通用快速成形控制软件开发

摘    要:针对目前快速成形控制系统中存在的不足,提出一个Windows NT环境下的通用快速成形控制系统结构,简单介绍了控制软件的设计思想和整个软件的体系结构,然后详细介绍了命令解释器,同步管理器等关键技术的实现,最后把该控制系统应用到LOM快速成形设备中,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:The paper puts forward a new control software for Rapid Prototyping system, presents the software designing principle for OOP and the basic software frame, shows the characteristics of system software, such as being transplantable, being assembled and so on, and introduces realization of some key technologies such as commands interpreter, sync manager, indicator for finite statuses in details. ISR and sync manager are the cores of software system, and the ISR activates all functional components in software in sequence, and the sync manager takes charge to harmonize the operations of all components. The new software is applied well to Rapid Prototyping device.
