| Abstract: | Strengthenin the construction of the Party's grassroot organizations is the important guarantee of the victory of our cause and is the urgent need of realizing the great goal of this century and pushing forward the construction of socialist modernization in an all-round way.To strengthen the construction of the Party's grassroot or ganizations we rnust adhere to the imporotant thought of "Three Represents"as the guidence,closely centre around the Party's basic line,strengthen the construction of the system of the Party's grassroot organizations,regorously enforce the Party's life and the Party's discipline.Basing ourselves on the regalar work,we all keep at it forever. |
