| 摘 要： | 就大型现代化工程和工业化基地建设的决策过程中如何把水文地质与环境问题纳入决策分析而展开研究，通过引入不确定型概念，计算利润、风险和成本，提出在增加环境和水文地质的条件下大型工程项目的决策模型。

| Abstract: | Preliminary analyses of the way to bring hydrogeological and environmental problems into decision making for large modern projects and construction of industrial bases are conducted. Stochastic concepts are introduced for consideration of benefit,risk and cost.Conceptual models for project decisions considering hydrogeological and environmenta1 conditions are also proposed. |
