摘    要:本文对带极电渣堆焊的熔滴过渡形式及其对熔深的影响进行了研究。用X光高速摄影机对带极端部形态进行了观察和分析,用钨铼热电偶对熔池表面和底部温度进行了测定。通过试验和观察表明,在带极电渣堆焊过程中,带极端部呈不均匀熔化,借助于电流集中以跳跃方式熔化并形成熔滴;随着电流增大,熔滴过渡频率增大,熔深也相应增大。因此,可以通过焊接电流的控制以确保堆焊质量。

Abstract:In this paper, the transfer pattern of smelting dripping and its influence on the penetration in the strip electro-slag overlay are studied. The shape of strip electrode end is observed and analysed using a high speed X-ray photography and the temperature of melten pool at the bottom and the surface are measured by using W-Re thermoelement. The test and observation show that the melting at strip eletrode end is nonuniform in strip electro-slag overlay process with a jumping manner to shape smelting dripping when current is centralized. The transfer frequency of smelting dripping and the penetration are in creased with the current. Therefore,the overlay quality can be guaranteed by controlling the welding current.
