微机监控气压自动加载系统

摘    要:以组态软件MCGS、HATEECH触摸屏分别作为上位机,对下位机SIEMENS pLC226独立控制,由PLC控制电/气转换器构成微机监控气压自动加载系统,用于三峡大坝压力加载模拟试验,当外加气压大于0.9MPa时,压力测量精度小于0.3%,压力控制精度小于0.7%.

Abstract:A automatic load system of surveilling and controlling air pressure was presented. In this system, the combination state software MCGS and touch screen served as the host computer respectively, Siemens PLC226 served as the driven computer, and the PLC controlled the electric/air converter. The system was employed to simulate the water pressure of the bank of the three channel dam. The measurement precision of pressure is less than 0.3% and the control precision is less than 0.7 % when the loading air pressure is more than 0.9 MPa.
