摘    要:在两根H型钢梁的对接拼接连接时,使用螺栓连接容易安装不到位,达不到强度要求,在现场施工过程中,焊接连接比螺栓连接更方便施工,但焊接连接会导致残余应力和残余变形,为了维护钢构件的牢靠度和安全度,本文提出一种Z型对接焊接节点形式,与规范里的焊接H型钢梁对接节点比较,为考察该节点的受力性能,进一步探究究节点区域的刚度变化和应力分布情况,利用ABAQUS软件对该Z型节点以及标准节点进行有限元分析,发现此Z型节点承载性能比标准节点承载性能有所提升,同时方便施工现场节点快速拼接。

Abstract:In the butt splicing of two H-shaped steel beams, the use of bolts is easy to install and not in place, and the strength requirements cannot be met. In the field construction process, welded connections are more convenient for construction than bolted connections, but welded connections will lead to residual stress and Residual deformation, in order to maintain the reliability and safety of steel components. In this paper, a Z-type butt welded joint form is proposed, which is compared with the welded H-type steel beam butt joint in the code. In order to investigate the mechanical properties of the joint, and to further explore the stiffness changes and stress distribution in the joint area, the Z-type joint and the standard joint are analyzed by finite element method with ABAQUS software. It is found that the bearing capacity of the Z-joint is better than that of the standard joint, and it is also convenient for quick splicing of the joint on the construction site.
