氧化锆陶瓷表面激光釉化组织形貌

摘    要:为验证氧化锆陶瓷表面釉化的可行性,通过进行室温环境下连续激光对氧化锆陶瓷进行表面釉化处理的实验研究,研究了激光加工参数(包括激光输出功率、扫描速度和离焦量等)对陶瓷表面釉化组织形貌的影响及规律。结果表明,氧化锆陶瓷表面釉化组织的形貌可以通过改变激光加工参数进行优化。可见,改变激光输出功率以及扫描速度都可以减少热裂纹以及过热组织的出现;离焦量的变化可以拓宽釉化区域以及改善釉化组织的形貌。

Abstract:In order to verify the feasibility of surface glazing of zirconia ceramics, the experimental study of continuous laser surface glazing of zirconia ceramics at room temperature was carried out, the laser processing parameters are studied. The results show that the morphology of the glaze structure on the surface of zirconia ceramics can be optimized by changing the laser processing parameters. It is concluded that changing the laser output power and scanning speed can reduce the occurrence of thermal cracks and overheated structures; The change of defocus can broaden the glazed area and improve the morphology of glazed structure.
