| 摘 要： | 本文探讨以ＩＮ４１４８热敏二极管为感温元件的数字显示器，配双限比较器获得单点和一定范围内的温度控制．该仪器具有精度高、控温范围宽、可靠性好的优点，采用数码管显示温度值，直观、视感好，还可分别显示上限、下限控制温度值．同时本仪器可以和其它以电压输出的传感器兼容

| Abstract: | This paper diseribes the digital display temperature controller designed with heat sensitive diode as heat sensor and double limited comparator that can controll a certain or a certain range temperatare, whose advantages are high precision and reliability, wide range of temperature control; direct read temperature on digital diode displayer can display the upper and lower limited temperature controll respctively,and eniog high compatibility with other volage owtput sensores. |
