| Abstract: | The consideration of enhancing the office work in universities with innovative thought was elaborated.Some views are proposed such as deeply understanding of the connotation of innovative thought,realizing the changes from fixed thought to innovative thought,from office management to government affairs service,from participants to consultants,and strengthening the application of innovative thought in the office work. |
