重叠板设计在基础加固中的应用

对一栋阳台 生倾斜的住宅楼，采用改变传力途径法进行加固设计，将阳台下增砌墙体的荷载传给已旗子完毕的基础底板，根据计算，在原底板上另浇一钢混板构成重叠板，新旧板之间设隔离层，经过实际工程应用，加固效果良好。

The Design Method of the Overlap Slab in Foundation Strengthening

The strengthining design for a building whose balconies has overturned in is made. The bearing walls under balconies are designed and so the load is transmitted to the foundation slab that has been made. By the calculation, a new foundation slab on the original foundation slab is designed and there is a insulating layer between the both slabs. That is ,the design method of the overlap is used. After practice, the strengthening result is very good.
