摘    要:本文应用鱼类背大动脉导管插管术和心电图描记方法,同时记录处于自由游动状态下的草鱼(Ctenopharyngondon idellus)和青鱼(Mylopharyngodonpiceus)的背大动脉血压和心率。结果表明,鱼类血压和心率的变化与其呼吸机能状态密切相关。缺氧会导致血压升高,脉压加大、心率减慢。改进后的内穿刺插管法可减少手术中的失血和对背大动脉的损伤程度,有助于提高测量数据的准确性及鱼类心血管慢性实验成功率

Abstract:Employing the dorsal aortic catheterization and the electrocardiogra-phy for fish, we measured the dorsal aortic blood pressures and heart rates in free-swimming grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idellus ) and ble ack carp(Cylopharyngodon piceus). Results showed that the changes of blood pressure and heart rate in fish were closely related with the conditions of respiration. Hypoxia increased blood pressure and decresed heart rate. The improved endo-puncturing catheterization reduced blood loss and minimized the injury to dorsal aorta in operation, and it would be beneficial to obtain more accurate measurement and to conduct a longer time experiments in fishes.
