| 摘 要： | 采用系统预试法，对藏药灰兜巴所含化学成分进行定性检验．方法：采用试管法，对灰兜巴的水提物、95％乙醇提取物、石油醚提取物进行研究，通过多种指示剂和显色剂的沉淀反应或颜色反应，初步推断灰兜巴中可能含有的化学成分．结果表明：灰兜巴中可能含有蛋白质、氨基酸、多糖及甙、生物碱、有机酸、鞣质等，为灰兜巴的生物活性成分的研究提供了实验基础．

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the chemical constituents of Tibetan Medicine HDB by preliminary test. Methods： The extracted mixture of Tibetan Medicine HDB from purified water, 95% ethanol and petroleum ether are studied by test tube method. The chemical constituents of Tibetan Medicine HDB is primarily demonstrated by precipitation reaction or color reaction with various indicator. Results： The preliminary test indicates that Tibetan Medicine HDB may contain chemical constituents such as protein, amino acid, amylose, Glycosides, alkaloid, organic acid, tannin etc. Conclusion： The results of preliminary test provide evidence for further study of the chemical compositions and biological activities of the Tibetan Medicine HDB. |
