中学青年体育教师亚健康心理研究

通过问卷调查法,文献资料法。对中学青年体育教师进行调查研究,明确了不少青年体育教师的心理呈亚健康的状态,而作为中学生人格的影响者和知识技能的传授者,体育教师必须具备良好的心理素质。如果体育心理不健康,不仅会影响其工作的积极性,也会使学生在体育教育中的心理发展受到影响。因此改善青年体育教师的心理健康状况,有极其重要的理论和实践意义。

Research on Subhealthy Psychology of Young P.E Teachers of Middle Schools

Through the methods of documentary analysis and questionnair investigation.This study conduct that many young teachers are in the mood of subhealthy of psychology and as the influencer to the student for their knowledge technology,physical educational teacher must have healthy psychology.If not,not only have side-effect for their work,but olso will infulence the psychology developing of students.So it's very important in both sides of theory and practice to imporeve young physical education teacher's psychology healthy condition.
