工程塑料在轻武器上的应用及发展

摘    要:武器轻量化是兵器行业的研究重点,是提高单兵作战能力的重要手段。本文概述了工程塑料及其复合材料在轻武器上的应用,总结了在轻武器上应用工程塑料的优势和要求,分析了轻武器未来的发展方向和趋势。使用工程塑料及其复合材料制备轻武器零部件可减少武器重量,提高武器性能,降低制造成本,加快武器轻量化进程。

Abstract:Weapon lightweighting is a research emphasis of ordnance industry, which can improve the combatant ability of the individual soldier. In this study, the application of engineering plastics and their composites in small arms has been profiled; the advantages and requirements of engineering plastics using in the field of small arms has been summarized; the development direction and trend of small arms in the future has been analyzed. The weight of small arms can be reduced and the performance can be greatly improved by utilizing of engineering plastics and their composites to prepare some parts, which is able to accelerate the process of weapon equipment lightweighting.
