摘    要:从荔蝽Tessaratoma papillosa)危害荔枝(Litchi chinensis)各期果实的解剖,探索口针刺穿果实的途径及抗逆结构与落果的关系。幼果期口针从果皮突顶部→辐射状细胞;或果柄皮层→中柱内而导致落果。中果期口针从果皮突石细胞层网的网眼薄壁细胞→辐射状细胞,果皮产生褐色斑点;或果柄皮层和中柱鞘薄壁细胞→韧皮部→形成层,被刺组织发生裂缝而落果。后果期口针从锥状果皮突间的薄壁细胞→疏松组织,果皮出现裂口;在果柄从皮孔→皮层石细胞或中柱鞘厚壁组织而被阻,落果较少。

Abstract:Pericarp of Litchi fruits in different stages of development was dissected to study the damage caused by the sting of the Litchi stingbug, Tessaratoma papillosa. In the young stage of the fruit development, the insect pierced from the cortex of the fruit stalk into stele, resulting in fruit dropping. In the middle -sized fruit, the insect pierced from the net -eye parenchyma cells of the protruding structure of the pericarp sclereid layers into the phloem and then into the cambium, of pierced from the cortex of the fruit stalk and cortex of parenchyma cells of pericycle into phloem and then into cambium. A large number of fruits dropping also occured in this time. In the full grown fruit, the insect pierced from parenchyma cells between the protruding structures of the pericarp into loosen tissues. Cracks were formed in the pericarp. The insect might pierce from the lenticle of the fruit stalk into cortex sclereids or sclerenchyma of pericycle. Less fruit dropping occured in the full grown fruit stage.
