Talking about the Evaluation Method of the Bill of Quantity (BOQ)

This paper briefly introduces the conception and model of the evaluation with BOQ, analyzes the necessity of practicing the evaluation with BOQ, and points out that practicing BOQ, which is a product of the reform of the basis of the evaluation of the construction cost, is suitable to the needs of the bidding of construction engineering and the needs of connecting with international conventions. And this paper also discusses on the superiority of the evaluation with BOQ, and points out some problems that will probably occur in the course of the practice of the evaluation with BOQ.
