学校教师“能本管理”的哲学思考

学校管理中“物本管理”和“人本管理”的理论都建立在不同的人性假设上，但这两种理论都存在不足。“能本管理”理论是学校管理理论发展的新阶段，符合马克思关于人的全面发展的理论。对教师实施“能本管理”，建设“能本管理”的校园文化和管理机制，可以调动教师的积极性并提高教师的整体素质，促进学校可持续发展。

The theoretical frameworks of ＂Human-Based Administration＂ and ＂Material-Based tration＂ are based upon different human assumptions, both of the two perspectives have their own Adminisshortages. ＂Competency-Based Administration＂ is the new development phase of school administration theory, and fits to the all-round development theory of Marxism. Carrying out ＂Competency-Based Administration＂, and establishing school culture and administrational mechanism of ＂Competency-Based Administration＂ can motivate teachers and improve their overall quality, thus propel the sustainable development of school.
