学校教师“能本管理”的哲学思考

摘    要:学校管理中“物本管理”和“人本管理”的理论都建立在不同的人性假设上,但这两种理论都存在不足。“能本管理”理论是学校管理理论发展的新阶段,符合马克思关于人的全面发展的理论。对教师实施“能本管理”,建设“能本管理”的校园文化和管理机制,可以调动教师的积极性并提高教师的整体素质,促进学校可持续发展。

Philosophical Thoughts on"Competency-Based Administration"of School Teacher

Abstract:The theoretical frameworks of "Human-Based Administration" and "Material-Based tration" are based upon different human assumptions, both of the two perspectives have their own Adminisshortages. "Competency-Based Administration" is the new development phase of school administration theory, and fits to the all-round development theory of Marxism. Carrying out "Competency-Based Administration", and establishing school culture and administrational mechanism of "Competency-Based Administration" can motivate teachers and improve their overall quality, thus propel the sustainable development of school.
