Cu、As单一及其复合污染对小麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:通过水培试验研究了不同浓度的Cu、As及其复合作用对小麦种子萌发、幼苗生长的影响以及对小麦淀粉酶、过氧化物酶活性的影响。结果表明:低浓度的Cu、As单一及其复合污染时,对种子萌发初期有短暂的促进作用,高浓度时有抑制作用,且随着浓度的升高,抑制作用加强,毒害增强,复合污染时表现出一定的拮抗效应,除此以外,Cu、As对小麦种子萌发过程中的淀粉酶、过氧化物酶的活性也会产生一定的影响。

Abstract:Experiments are carried out with water cultivation to study the effects of Cu As single and combination pollution on germination and seedling growth of wheat.The results show that low concentration of Cu As have certain promotive effect on seed germination .But high concentration can cause damage and the iniury became heavier with the increase of Cu or As concentration.Combination pollution of Cu,As have an antagonistic action.Also,the activities of POD,diastase during wheat seed germination are affected with different treatments of Cu or As.
