| 摘 要： | 手性药物对映体具有不同的药理活性和不同的用途。因此,获得单一对映体的药物成为一项重要的工作。而化学拆分法作为拆分的最基本的方法应用最广泛。本文通过具体手性药物的拆分介绍了该方法的原理、应用和发展。
