| 摘 要： | 对采煤工业安全问题的特殊性、煤矿从业人员的任职要求、煤矿井下作业下从业人员的安全心理素质要求进行了系统的调查研究,并选择心理测评技术用于煤矿从业人员的选拔与调配,以彻底解决煤矿从业人员心理素质与履行工作职责之间的矛盾,为煤矿安全形势的根本好转提供新的途径。

| Abstract: | This paper investigates the speciality of coal industry's safety problem,the post requirements of coalmine's employees and the psychological quality of the underground workers,and uses the psychological measurement technique to select and allocate the employees of the coalmine for solving the contradictions between the psychological quality and the working duty of the employees of the coalmine and providing new paths for realizing the ultimate variation of coalmine's safety situation. |
