| 摘 要： | 通过化学腐蚀试验法，结合表面微观形貌分析和X射线衍射分析，对某电厂所用EMP(Elastic-Metal-Plastic)轴瓦样品表面材料的表面细节结构特性进行了研究，试验结果证明EMP轴瓦试样表层PTFE材料中不含任何无机填料，其表面结构为条带状结晶形态结构．这为深入研究该类材料的摩擦学特性提供了重要基础．

| Abstract: | The surface morphology structure of EMP composites was investigated by using chemical corrosion theory combining with methods of surface micro-morphology, optical micro-constitution and X-ray diffraction analysis. The EMP samples were obtained from a thrust bearing pads used in a certain power plant. It is demonstrated that the surface layer of EMP don't include inorganic filled compounds and the surface morphology structure is stripped crystal. It is an important foundation to study on the tribological characteristics of EMP composites. |
