| 摘 要： | 采用正交试验,以黄芩苷和总黄酮为指标,筛选水煎煮提取工艺,通过提取工艺研究,寻求黄芩总黄酮的最佳提取方法,提取方法的正交试验表明,水煎煮法中A 3B 2C 3D1为最佳提取工艺.获得最佳提取条件:药材粉碎成粗粉,煎煮三次,每次加12倍量水,提取1小时,趁热滤过,合并滤液.优选的工艺稳定可行.

| Abstract: | Using the total flavonoid and baicalin as the standard,the optimum processes are selected by orthogonal experiment design.The optimal condition isA3B2C3D1,that is,adding 12 times water and refluxing and extracting for 1 h(totally extracting for 3 times).The optimized process is stable and highly efficient. |
