| 摘 要： | 本文以普通小麦为材料,应用磷酸缓冲液和2×SSC对常规根尖细胞核和染色体制片进行高温处理,继而对细胞核和染色体的结构变化进行了比较观察.结果显示:这两种热盐处理均可以引起细胞核和染色体的形态异常,推测可能是某些染色体(质)蛋白被抽提掉所致.
