锌基合金焊接工艺问题的探讨

摘    要:本文对一种高铝锌基合金的焊接工艺问题进行了初步的探讨。在合金焊接性分析的基础上,探讨了相应的焊接方法、焊接材料和焊接工艺措施,并进行了试板的焊接。结果表明,在一定的焊接工艺条件下,使用钨极氩弧焊和与母材同质的焊丝,可以对ZA12材料进行有效的焊接。

Abstract:The welding processing of a kind of zinc-based alloy (ZA12) is simply researched in this paper. Based on the analysing weldability of the alloy, the welding method, material and procedure are chosen and the alloy plates are welded. It is shown that under suitable welding condition, the alloy can be welded well by using TIG arc welding and the welding wire having the same composition as the alloy.
