| Abstract: | This article main introducese how to using the method of going to form in long boxing teaching of Wushu. We used it in the teaching progrime of 93 class of physical education dipartment of Harbin normal university comparing it with traditional method of teaching.We faind the teaching effect by using going to form in long boxing teaching of Wushu is better than using the traditional method. |
