糙皮侧耳菌丝断裂繁殖对生物量及壳聚糖产率的影响

摘    要:通过对糙皮侧耳固体发酵菌丝的断裂繁殖,定量测定了其细胞结构特征物——壳聚糖,在断裂繁殖过程中的变化情况,并以此对糙皮侧耳的生物量进行了表征.结果显示:糙皮侧耳固体发酵菌丝断裂繁殖开始后,等量样品提取的壳聚糖质量明显增加.至断裂繁殖第10天,壳聚糖产量比第1天提高了285.59%,比常规静置培养提高了292.24%.但断裂繁殖10天后壳聚糖产量不再有显著变化.

Study on the Influence of Fission Growth of Pleurotus ostreatu on Biomass and Production of Chitosan

Abstract:The production of chitosan has been determined as an index of biomass during the fission growth of Pleurotus ostreatu,in which chitosan was a characteristic material of its cell.The results showed that: after the beginning of fission growth,chitosan produced by Pleurotus ostreatu was significantly increased.After 10 days’ fission growth,chitosan production was 285.59% higher than the 1st day and 292.24% higher than static culture.But the production of chitosan was ceased to increase after 10 days’ culture.
