| Abstract: | With the rapid development of information technology and the advent of an information era,our higher education in the new century is facing new challenges and opportunities.Centering on this situation,this thesis offers a detailed demonstration of the necessity to enhance modern educational technology,and also expounds the measures to promote the application of modern educational technology to teaching from different aspects,such as the transformation of educational notions,the establishment of institutions,the perfection of teaching staff,as well as the improvement of softwares and hardwares. |
