介绍了ActiveX技术与MapObjects GIS控件相结合的房产分层分户图管理系统的设计与产现方法。着重讨论了分层分户图管理系统开发中所需解决的几项关键性技术（多边形搜索及标识、外墙的搜索及外墙面积的计算、共用面积的分摊），并给出相应的算法。结果表明，该系统和算法具有良好的实用效果。

Development of floor and individual household division drawing editing and managing system based on ActiveX technology

A method and corresponding algorithms are introduced for design and realization of the floor and individual household division drawing editing and managing system based on the MapObjects and ActiveX techniques, with emphasis placed on some key techniques to be solved in the system, including the polygon search and identification,search for exterior walls and their area computation, and allocation of shared areas. Application shows that these algorithms are effective.
