| 摘 要： | 我国住房价格不断上涨，宏观调控效果不甚理想，这是多种因素交织的结果。为稳定住房市场价格，实现住房市场的健康可持续发展，必须着力增加供给、改善供给结构，抑制不合理需求，促进供求的基本平衡；致力培育住房二级市场和租赁市场，推进各类市场的协调发展；努力健全住房保障体系，解决低收入家庭的住房问题。

| Abstract: | The constantly rise of house price leads to unsatisfactors effect in overall control,which is the result of many factors.To stabilize the price of housing market and realize the healthy and sustainable development of housing market,we should make great ettorts to increase supply,improve the supply structure and restrain unreasonable demand to promote the basic balance between supply and demand.We should develop second-rank market of housing and house-renting market to propel on coordinated growth of all sorts ofvarious markets.We should exert to perfect housing insurance system to solve the housing problems for low-income families. |
