米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止早孕630例临床观察

报告了６３０例停经＜９０ｄ的健康早孕妇女口服米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止早孕情况，结果显示：完全１Ｑ流产率９３．０２％，无急性阴道大出血需输血，补液者；流产效果与孕龄未产，经产无关（ｐ＞０．０５）．证实米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止早孕是一种安全、有效、副反应轻的好方法．据阴道出血情况予清宫、催产素、抗菌素等处理，效果良好．

Observation on Termination of 630 Cases Early Pregnancy by Means of Mifepristone and Misoprostol

This paper reports clinical condition of 630 healthy cases in combination of mifepristone with misoprostol, whose menstruation ceased for less than 90 days. Results showed that complete abortion rate reached up to 93. 02%, and that no transfution of blood or of liquid is needed for acute and severe vagina bleeding ,and that the abortion effect is independent of pregnancy days and primiparity as well as multiparicy (p>0. 05). It has been proven that the combination of mifepristone and misoprostol is a safe and effective method with slight side-effct for termination of early pregnancy,such treatment as cleaning the womb,and dosing oxytonic and antibiotic were demonstrated to be the effective ways to solve vagina bleeding.
