| Abstract: | The working principle, structure and performance of an optical instrument for measurement of wetness of wet steam were discribed. This instrument may be applied to estimation of the concentration and size of liquid droplet in the wet steam,and,further,to measuement of the diameter and concentration of airborne particles. |
