摘    要:介绍一种光学式水蒸汽湿度测量仪的工作原理、结构与性能特点.本仪器可用于测量水蒸汽的湿度和粒径;并可推广应用于悬浮介质中微粒直径和浓度的测量.

Abstract:The working principle, structure and performance of an optical instrument for measurement of wetness of wet steam were discribed. This instrument may be applied to estimation of the concentration and size of liquid droplet in the wet steam,and,further,to measuement of the diameter and concentration of airborne particles.
