锌电沉积层的形态和结构

摘    要:采用扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射方法,研究添加剂、络合剂和电流密度对锌酸盐镀锌层表面形态和结构的影响.结果表明,添加剂是造成锌沉积层表面形态和结构变化的主要原因;络合剂、添加剂DIE、AA-1、以及两者共存时,锌沉积层表面分别呈现细粒状、片状、蜂窝状和米粒状形态;由于添加剂的存在导致锌沉积物织构系数TC(110)显著提高并影响晶格参数和晶粒尺寸.讨论了上述实验结果.

Abstract:The effects of complex agents,additives and curret densities on the surface morphologies and structures of zinc deposits are studied by means of SEM and XRD. The results show that additives mainly canoe the surface morphologies and structures of zinc deposits to be changed. When complex agents, additive DIE, AA-1 and both of DIE and AA-1 existed in the bath, the surface morphologies will be in the states of fine granulation, slice, comb and grain of rice respectively. The existance of additives causes the texture coefficient TC110 increasing and gives effects on the structural parameters and the grain sizes of zinc deposits.
