正交切削的切削弯矩预报理论的研究

摘    要:根据带弯矩的正交切削新模型,提出了切削弯矩的理论预报方案,其特点是考虑了第一变形区和刀-屑接触区的实际应力分布,考虑了工件材料变形强化的影响,实验表明:切削弯矩的预报结果与实测结果取和良好的一致,与切屑控制理论比说明,用切削弯矩的规律解释切屑的卷曲,折断机理是符合实际的。

Abstract:Based on a new orthogonal cutting model with cutting bending moment, a theoretical calculation method of the cutting bending moment is put forward. The characteristics of the method are with the consideration of real stress distribution in primary shear zone and tool-chip contact surface and work hardening of work material. Experiments show that there is a good agreement between the experimental results and predicting results. In comparison with theory of chip control it is conformable to reality using the law of the cutting bending moment to explain the reason of chip curling and breaking.
