螺纹钢筋生产余能利用及其发展前景

摘    要:对螺纹钢筋轧制过程中余能利用的原理和效果进行了详细阐述,并通过生产实践中的实例进行技术分析,指出通过轧后穿水冷却工艺,可以大幅度降低合金的用量而保证钢筋的综合性能符合标准要求,预期这一工艺的发展前景极其广阔。

Abstract:Explains the principles and effects of the use of complementary energy of deformed bars which are in rolling process,and analyzes the examples of production practice by technical viewpoints,then points out the technics of water cooling after rolling can decrease the quantities of use of alloy greatly,ensuring combined properties of reinforcing bars to adapt to standards.And anticipates the long term potential of this technics.
