油菜花粉成分及其营养生理效应

摘    要:本文报导油菜花粉主要成分的检测结果,表明花粉中富集着人体所需的多种营养物质,是一种珍贵的天然保健食品.我们对幼儿和运动员进行了口服花粉的营养生理效应实验,结果表明能提高人体血液中的红细胞数量和血红蛋白浓度,以及降低血浆总胆固醇含量的作用.

Abstract:There are many kinds of honeybee pollens, which are similar in principal nutrients and different in content of each nutrient. The pollens of Brassica campestris Linn. var. oleifera DC. , have been used in the food industry in China, and were chosen as the experimental materials.Kesults of experiments have shown that the pollens are full of nutrients: 4.13% nitrogen, .25.81% protein, 17 amino acids after hydrolyzed, 11 vitamins, 23 minerals, 23.74% gross sugar and 13.34% crude fat. In addition, the pollens contain a large quantity of bioactive materials-flavone compounds, enzymes, coenzymes, hormones etc. To sum up, the pollens nearly can provide human body with all the required nutrients. Experiments have also proved that human beings had taken the pollens continually, the concentration of haemoglobin and the number of erythrocytes raised by 15% and 30% respectively, the cholesterol concentration in plasma descended by 17%.According to the facts mentioned above, the pollens of B, campestris Linn. var. oleifera DC. can be used as a valuable food additive.
