魏晋南北朝是士人独立意识的形成阶段。魏晋南北朝士人意识原本是作为一种整合社会的力量而出现的;但是,由于客观因素的影响,士人意识同时体现了某种创造维度与斗争维度的僭越功能。魏晋南北朝士人意识的僭越功能不总是革命性和颠覆性,其对于中国传统社会的定型、中国传统文化内核的确定、中国士人阶层的定位等方面都彰显出了某种二律背反的旨趣。

Walking between Imperial and Custom Overstep the authority function of scholar's consciousness in Wei Jin Dynasties

Wei Jin Dynasties is the forming stage of scholar＇s independent consciousness. Scholar＇s consciousness originally appears as the strength of a kind of integration society; however, because of the objective factor, scholar＇s consciousness reflected overstepping the authority function of a certain creation degree and struggling degree. It does not always revolutionary and subvert, it have shown a certain two---laws--inside---out clearly at the design of traditional society of China, determination of the traditional culture kernel of China and localization of Chinese scholar＇s stratum and so on.
