钢管压扁矫正过程的计算机模拟

摘    要:套管生产中,矫直工序决定了套管的形状精度和残余应力,对套管抗挤强度有很大影响.应用有限元分析软件Marc,建立了斜辊钢管矫直机的压扁矫正模型,并对矫直过程进行深入分析.基于试验测量的应力一塑性应变数据,推导了σ-εp关系式,编写了子程序以描述钢管材料的塑性变形特性.对不同压扁量进行数值模拟,比较了现有的压扁量计算理论.建立了钢管压扁矫正的三维模型,计算得到了与二维模型近似的结果.

Abstract:In casing production straightening determines the shape precision and residual stress in casing, which have strong influence on the collapse resistance of casing. A new numerical simulation for the crushing process of tube was carried out, using Marc as finite element codes. The subroutine of the relationship between the stress and plastic strain was worked out based on the cyclic stress-strain test, which can be used to precisely analyze the plastic behavior of the tube steel. Several methods of the determination of crushing processing parameters were numerically simulated and discussed. The 3D model of a tube section crushing was founded, the result is similar with the 2D model.
